These taste like those apricot bars that you can get from the health food aisle in supermarkets. I used to love them, but I’m fairly sure they’re packed with sugar. I would have liked to try these out with more figs but I was running low on supplies! If you have more figs, I suggest replacing some of the apricots with them ^.^
Take 3 cups apricots, 2 cups almonds and 1/2 cup figs and process in a food processor until you can form the mixture with your hands.
Form into balls and store in the fridge or in a tightly sealed container in a cool, dry spot (pantry).
