I made these up last night because I saw some vegan balls made with prunes once, and I decided to try it out.
Give these to your constipated friends. They will love you forever.
HI FIBRE BALLS
Blend 3/4 cup prunes, 1 cup dates, 1 cup walnut kernels, 2 tbsp cacao powder and 3/4 cup shredded (not dessicated) coconut in a food processor.
You should have a thick, easy to form mixture.
Roll into balls and store in the fridge >XD
