This is a super simple salad with a twist, the sweet soy sauce gives it a great flavor and makes it different from a standard green bean salad (which is a staple in my diet)!
Note: You can make this for one person, ten people, whatever! For this reason I have not included measurements, simply increase or decrease amounts according to requirement.
SWEET BEAN AND MUSHROOM SALAD!
Slice the ends off of some green beans and cut in half. Boil some water on the stove and cook beans for five to seven minutes until tender. Drain.
Dice mushrooms heat some oil in a frypan. Mix a small amount of sweet soy sauce with a little water and olive oil (the soy sauce can be quite sickly which is why water is added to dull the flavor). Add mushrooms to the frypan and coat with the sauce. Sautee for five to ten minutes.
Mix mushrooms and sauce with beans and coat with sesame seeds.
Serve warm, or chill in the fridge. Bueno!
